# Token Utility

4. Token Utility

The **Goldragon Token (GDT)** is the core asset within the Goldragon ecosystem, driving yield generation, gameplay participation, and sustainable token value growth.

### Token Symbol: GDT

**Network:** BNB Chain (BEP-20)

### GDT Use Cases

#### 1. Staking with Real-Yield Potential

Users can stake GDT through two plans:

* **Fixed-Term Staking** — lock GDT for a selected period to earn higher APR.
* **Flexi Staking** — withdraw anytime with a variable APR.

As the ecosystem matures, staking rewards will gradually evolve from fixed APRs to a **revenue-sharing model**, where returns are supported by Goldragon’s diversified real-world ventures.

\
**2**. **Play-to-Earn** (PvP) Engagement

GDT is used as the entry token for competitive PvP games and tournaments.

* Players contribute GDT to join matches and earn rewards based on performance.
* A small portion (5–10%) from each match’s prize pool is used to **repurchase and permanently burn** GDT from the open market.

This creates consistent demand while progressively reducing the circulating supply.

#### 3. **Protocol Governance (Future Phase)**

In future development stages, GDT holders will gain governance rights to influence:

* New game releases
* Reward distribution policies
* Ecosystem development directions

#### 4. **RWA Reserve Mechanism**

A percentage of net proceeds from Goldragon’s **real-world business collaborations** is periodically allocated to:

* **Buy back GDT** on the open market
* **Hold part as reserve** to reinforce token value stability

This ensures GDT maintains intrinsic connection with real-world performance indicators.

### Deflation Framework

Every core component — staking, gaming, and real-world reserves — contributes to either **reducing supply** or **strengthening reserve support**, forming a continuously deflationary and value-driven token model.
